I turn to watch harry porter instead because it’s more appealing. Yes, everything! From the AUDIENCES (yes, especially the ones standing), to the hosts (not the 3 main ones cos I love them), to the performances (Except for Taufik’s & Hady’s, and Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza cos that’s the only one I managed to watch), to the nominees and the awards (okay, I dunno about who won what, seriously!).

SUCKS!!!

P.S: Before I start, I’m not 100% sure how true this story, and how exactly the story is, but still, you all judge ok?

So, yesterday, boypren starts to tell me about this story. Recently happen in Singapore, of course. There’s this old lady, which we shall call her nenek, who walks around selling keropok (As wise englishman would say “crackers”). This nenek is described as quite smelly, as smelly as the unclaimed dead corpse. She would go around knocking on people’s door and she has a way to make all her customers to buy her keropok. And yes, she brought along a “friend” with her. This “friend”, she carried around with her wherever she goes. And when nenek’s customer don’t want to buy the keropok, she would command her “friend” to sort of convince them to buy the keropok. But once her “friend” enters someone’s home, boy oh boy, your lives won’t be as peaceful as ever.

But I would never say this story I heard is reliably true, maybe there’s another version for it buy heck. Whatever it is, SHE EXISTS! Why? Cos people are talking about her NOW!

Story 1:
My boypren’s mum’s friend told that her house door got knocked one night. So, her husband looked through the peep-hole to see who, but nobody was there. When he was about to turn away, there was the knock again. And once again, he looked through the peep-hole. Yes, he saw some-BODY there, but THERE WAS NO HEAD! And her husband starts to take the yassin (prayer book) and starts to chant the prayer. And the knocked didn’t stop! The wife starts to call the next door neighbour and informed them about the situation and WARNED them not to open the door if someone knocked. I think after the prayer, the “unknown stranger” moves away. And that was like 9+pm I guess? And worst, the neighbour called this wife back at 11+pm and guess what? Same thing happen to the neighbour. But weird, next door neighbour, but look at the time difference? *GASPS*

But in this story 1, the person didn’t open the door. So, we can’t be 100% sure that it’s the nenek who wants to sell the keropok.

Story 2:
My paternal aunt called yesterday night. She said, one of her friend got the experience from the nenek. The thing is, she bought the keropok. But after the nenek goes away, and they want to eat the keropok, the keropok turns stale and smell soooo bad that they have to throw it away. And worst, her friend can feel there’s someone else inside the house.

Oh, this is true. When someone bought the keropok from her, the next thing you know, the keropok turns bad.

Story 3:
There was this lady who called the radio channel, in the series of Misteri Jam 12 (Midnight mystery). She told the DJ that she was at the corridor when she saw the nenek at the neighbour house with her “friend”. She tried to ignore what ever she saw. So, she went to the lift (and I dunno where she wants to go) and then the nenek was beside her with the “friend”. The next moment, the nenek said something like this, “Kau jangan bilang sape-sape, ape yang kau nampak” (”You don’t tell anyone whatever you saw). And the next thing, the nenek just walked out of the lift. AND, I dunno what exactly happen after that, cos that was what I’ve been told by my boypren. Khekhekhe…

And to top up with all that, this nenek is known to be around the north side (Woodlands, Yishun, etc?) and east side (currently, from what I know, Tampines!!). And she says to start knocking between 9pm to midnight.

AND that’s why I’m home before 9pm today. My boypren was feared about this too. Just for safety, we just go back early. And now, my house door is always closed.

Gosh, after hearing that stories yesterday, I barely can sleep. Cos, my window is facing the corridor AND the new upgrading lift is just in front! Oh, imagination, stop it! Think happy thoughts ok?

Okay, I better stop here, before I freaked myself out again. Which I already did.

Full time NSman dies after being pinned by Land Rover during inspection

SINGAPORE: Full—time National Serviceman Second Lieutenant (2LT) Nicholas Chan Wei Kit died in hospital on Friday after a Land Rover he was inspecting rolled backwards and hit him, pinning him under the vehicle.

A statement from the Ministry of Defence says 2LT Chan, a Motor Transport Officer, was taking delivery of the SAF Land Rover in Seletar Camp at about 11.30am when the incident happened.

A recovery vehicle was activated half an hour later and managed to lift the Land Rover.

A medical team from the Seletar Medical Centre attempted to resuscitate 2LT Chan immediately. He was sent to Changi General Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 1.07pm.

Mindef and the SAF extend their deepest condolences to the family of the late 2LT Chan.

Mindef says it will assist the family in their time of grief. It is also investigating the incident.

Oh wow. I’m shocked. I saw this news like two days ago and well, I thought it’s his fate. But when I was surfing facebook, I got to know that this guy was actually in the same secondary school as me, and the same batch and same stream some more. But I didn’t know much about him though. So, I digged out my past secondary school yearbook and saw his photo. And yes, it was someone I saw many times in school before. Well, not that I know this guy personally, but the fact that he’s the same age as me, I becoming quite scared about death. But we all have to be scared about it. It’s just the matter of time, place & fate. But but, to go at this young age, really, it’s quite a depressing moment. I extend my condolences to his family. R.I.P Nicholas.

And that practically wrapped up my week at work! Next week gonna be HELL i tell u!
