Thanks to my colleague, who brought macaroons made by her cousin, all the way from South Africa! How cool is that? All the way there? Tsk. And to think, how many of us actually have cousin or relatives there? Huh? Tell me!

Mum’s 59th birthday!

I love my mum. I mean, nobody how bad you are as her children, she still concerns. Sigh. I feel bad being bad to her some of the time. I’ll try to change for the better. I want to see her happy always! (: I love you mum. Nobody can replace you, never ever ever! Muacks!

My random friday

God, I must be crazy to be blogging super early in the morning. (Read: 7.28am) I know. I’m charging the company’s mac pro laptop (I know! Cool right?) cos I need to bring to the library for research. ZZZ. The thought of me going to the library later makes me even lazier to get out of bed. I wish, I wish I have a teleport device so I have the minimal effort to travel around, especially in Singapore. So small, yet, take so long to reach one destination.

Anyways, guess what happen yesterday? If you guys been keeping up with my twitter, I was shoo-ed in the bus for sitting at the reserved seat! (Okay, I was a bit exaggerating.) As usual, I have to board a bus before I can reach my workplace. I walked all the way to the back of the bus, the second last row. And there was this lady sitting there. I was about to put my butts down and she told me, “Sorry, there’s somebody sitting here.” LIKE… WHADDA AFF! She is actually reserving seats for her friend! Gosh! Why doesn’t she put the tissue packet and “chope” that place, HUH? But, nah, I don’t really have that thick skin, so I sat to the back of the bus instead. Please eh, no more of this nonsense!

And we found out, our king of pop, Michael Jackson, died at the age of 50. ): R.I.P dude. The only song that has got the greatest impact on me is, “Heal the world”. I think the whole song as quite a meaningful story behind it and nothing about war, sex, scandal, etc. Really, you rarely hear this mankind songs now. Sigh.

And also, we lost one of the original Charlie’s Angels, Farrah Fawcett. R.I.P Farrah. Although, you weren’t know in my generations, but at least, my mum knows. (:

So, sidetrack a bit. Met up with boypren yesterday, and we went to Geylang (Paya Lebar area there, not the other side of Geylang.) The first thing I told my boypren as we reached there, “People usually goes town on Friday night, but we go Geylang instead!” LOL. But yeah, need to buy my necessity and ate our dinner at Mr Teh Tarik. Yum yum. Now, we found a cheaper alternative rather that eat at Arnold’s Chicken every time we came to Geylang. (:

Argh! Okay, boypren doesn’t on his hp. And he’s supposed to go work at 9. How how how? Call his home! Hah! Speak of the devil, he just called me. Heh! We really got telepathy. heh!

Time to get up and head to the shower. Gosh! I’m quite sleepy in the brain but my eyes are wide open. Can anyone explain this phenomenon? :p

Today, I was going to work a bit late as I got home near midnight due to the movie. Then as usual, I would take the train and alight at redhill and then take a bus from there. I was standing in a semi-crowded train and alight as usual. As soon as I alight the train, I realise I was on the wrong station. I alighted one stop before my actual station. And to avoid being paiseh, i walked towards the escalator. And after the train moves, I saw on the bench and patiently wait for the next train. And since then, I couldn’t stop smiling to myself. “WHAT WAS I THINKING?!” FML.
